Augie's Caesar
We served this Caesar at one of our Entertainer Supper Clubs in September. Halibut ceviche shooters. Lobster claws with aΓ―oli. A bouillabaisse that took an entire day.

Angel Food CAke
Angel food cake is a beloved dessert that has been enjoyed for generations. Itβs light and airy texture, combined with its sweet and delicate flavor, make it a Flaweless treat for any occasion but I have to sayβ¦ it always makes an appearance at my Easter Brunch.
The Cure-all bone broth

I was cured by two high-iron foods: lentils and beef bone marrow. Bone marrow gives us vitamins A, B2, B12, and E, plus omega-3s, omega-6s, and minerals like calcium, iron, selenium, and zinc. Wow-za, right?!
