Flaweless Guacamole

Fresh, vibrant, and a little spicy! 💃

TIME:
15 Minutes

INGREDIENTS

7 ripe avocados, cut into large chunks.

1 jalapeño, finely chopped - keep seeds if you want it spicy!

2 plum tomatoes, seeds removed, and chopped into 1/2” pieces.

1 cup red onion, finely chopped.

1/2 cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped.

Juice of 1 lemon & 1 lime.

1 teaspoon salt.

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper.

METHOD

  1. Cut avocados in half. With a sharp knife, carefully wack the seed; then twist and lift to remove.

  2. Cut avocado flesh, still within the skin, in two directions, making your slices about 1/2 apart.

  3. Using the palm of your hand, pinch the avocado skin releasing its flesh into a large bowl.

  4. Add jalapeño (with seeds for spicy; without for mild), tomatoes, onion, cilantro, lemon & lime juice, salt & pepper. Using your hands, squish and stir the mixture until combined, but still chunky.

  5. Transfer to a serving bowl, serve with tortilla chips or cucumber slices and enjoy!

PRO TIP: If you have leftovers you can save them without browning by “sealing” the surface from air with plastic wrap. Simply apply the plastic wrap directly to the surface of the Guac and press out all the air bubbles.

It will keep like this for two days in the refrigerator. ✨🥑✨
